At Allparts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a component doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
